This respected and growing organisation is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth running of the office. As the Business Administrator, you will: * Manage front-of-house duties, handle inbound enquiries, and provide confidential executive support. * You’ll also act as the super-user for the company’s Salesforce CRM, helping to streamline processes and enhance internal efficiency. * Your responsibilities will span executive assistance, office management, marketing coordination, and supporting various departments. * From arranging travel and appointments to organising company events and contributing to social media content, this Business Administrator role offers exceptional variety and scope. * Key tasks include diary management, meeting organisation, document creation, data management, filing, minute-taking, processing post, ordering supplies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. * The successful Business Administrator will be confident using Microsoft 365 to an advanced level and comfortable working with multiple systems and applications.
