Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
Plus car allowance and uncapped bonus scheme
Our client is a highly successful independent estate agents who are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic professional Residential Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy team As a skilled Valuer you will be covering the Stafford/Cannock area listing properties to our client’s extensive portfolio of residential properties
As a successful Branch Valuer you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate As Branch Valuer you will also need to display determination, self-motivation and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging and fast paced environment Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at all levels are also essential
As Branch Valuer you will be responsible for:
* Generating valuations and new business opportunities
* Successfully carry out residential property valuations
* Conducting sales pitches to prospective vendors
* Maintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolio
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
* Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation at all times
* Adhere to Company Best Practices and Company Brand Standards
* Promote features and benefits of the company’s service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength and customer service programme
As a successful Valuer you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Residential Valuer/Lister
* Excellent conversion rates with a proven track record in winning new business
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Strong history of securing individual and team targets
* Ability to work on own initiative to secure company objectives
* Full UK driving licence and car
* Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
