Position
Permanent Full Time Housing Repairs Manager – part of the Housing Management Team. The role is based at the Brocks Hill country park office and focuses on delivering safe, warm, and dry homes for residents.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Housing Repairs Team in delivering high‑quality services.
* Shape service improvements to enhance customer experience and value for money.
* Ensure legal, regulatory and statutory obligations are met and maintained.
* Drive strong contract and performance management.
Qualifications
* Experience in housing repairs and maintenance, or a similar role.
* Management experience with the ability to implement compliance and regulatory changes.
* Level 5 housing qualification or progress towards one.
