You reside more than 50 miles from Swindon, have a car driving license, and are prepared to attend the office 5 days during duty week (every 5 weeks) and 3 days when not on duty. What the Job Involves Your primary objective is to conduct professional and comprehensive casework for an intricate caseload of children and young people, ensuring high professional standards and proficiency in relevant legislation and practices. Additionally, you provide guidance to less experienced staff, contribute to service planning, maintain thorough case records, execute specialist assessments, and provide expert evidence in court. You also act as a mentor to newly qualified social workers and a supervisor to students, encouraging reflective and evidence-informed practice to promote excellence in the field.
