We are looking for a highly skilled and organised individual to fill a temporary Office Administrator role. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management and development procedures, with hands-on experience in reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail.
This role involves providing administrative support to the team, including retrieving data from the database or electronic files, preparing and filing forms and other documents, and measuring and reporting on project performance.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling queries from managers and employees, answering questions from staff and other stakeholders, and acting as the point of contact for all participants.
Key responsibilities also include overseeing day-to-day operations, analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager, answering scheduling queries via email and phone, transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, updating existing data, and typing in data provided directly from customers.
In addition, the successful candidate must be able to undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position and comply with Company policies & procedures.
* Job Description: Promote and support the operation of our School Aged Immunisation Service, delivering immunisations to children of primary and secondary age in schools and community clinic settings.
The successful candidate must be available to work 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and be willing to work overtime when needed.
