Salary: £21,000 - 38,500 per year Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You should have strong technical knowledge in the following areas: Windows Server 2012 and Windows 10/11 Active Directory and Group Policy Hyper-V virtualization Microsoft 365 tenant and SharePoint Online administration Network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, routing, switching) Firewall configuration (Meraki/Draytek/Sophos) Experience with MS Teams and cloud-based managed services Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation Knowledge of VoIP technologies, Apple macOS, and iOS support Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide on-site and remote technical support for clients across various sectors. Your key responsibilities will include: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex hardware, software, and networking issues Configuring and managing Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 tenants Installing, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless devices Supporting and administering Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper-V, and SharePoint Online Working with VoIP systems, preferably Gamma, and supporting Microsoft Teams deployments Documenting work accurately and updating ticketing systems accordingly Escalating unresolved issues while maintaining ownership through to resolution Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal knowledge sharing Assisting with the design and implementation of IT solutions for customers Technologies: Active Directory Cloud Firewall Hardware Hyper-V Support macOS Microsoft 365 MS Teams Network PowerShell SharePoint Windows iOS Office 365 DevOps More: We are proud to represent an organization that specializes in providing tailored IT solutions aimed at helping businesses grow and operate more efficiently.
