Position: Residential Property Solicitor Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience Location: Suffolk Work Type: Permanent JOB DESCRIPTION You will be doing the following in this position: Support the head of department with all legal aspects of buying, selling and remortgaging a home, ensuring a smooth transfer of property ownership for clients. Act for buyers and sellers on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Review, draft and amend contracts, reports and client letters. Managing exchange, completion and post-completion. Handle residential licences and advise on new-build transactions. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: Qualified Solicitor in the UK and registered with the SRA. Strong technical knowledge on Residential Property matters. Able to manage files independently. Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
