Our client, a rapidly expanding national IFA brand has ahave a fantastic opportunity for a Paraplanner to join their Warwick Office.

This is an integral and varied role and your experience inproviding high quality support will be invaluable to the whole team. You willwork closely with the Financial Planners by providing technical support in theprocess of servicing their Clients’ Financial Advice needs, instinctivelyproviding excellent standards of client service, and conduct detailed researchon clients’ existing and potential arrangements.

After assessing these against the client’s financialobjectives, you will produce timely and compliant Financial Planning Reports.The successful candidate will need to be motivated, friendly and professionalat all times.


Job Responsibilities

The key duties of the role are:

* WritingFinancial Planning Reports that our Planners present to clients.
* Supportingthe Planners by conducting research on products and helping find the rightsolutions for our clients.
* Assistingwith reviews and customer requests as well as acting as a point of contactfor our clients to deal with day-to-day queries.
* Arrangingfor plans to be submitted to provider companies.
* Maintainclient records on the company software and ensure the client and firm'sfiles are well presented, accurate and compliant.
* Preparationof client review packs.
* Illustrationrequests.
* Keepup to date with financial products and legislation.
* Complywith all company and industry guidelines, rules and regulations.

Due to the nature of the business, the role may also includeadditional responsibilities considered reasonable.


Requirements

* Experiencein a Financial Advice firm and Paraplanner/ report writing skills isessential.
* Diplomaqualified is desirable but consideration will be made for candidates whohave the relevant skills and experience to do the job.
* Areliable individual who has the ability to manage and prioritiseworkloads.
* Outstandingcommunication skills at all levels.
* Abilityto produce business correspondence, proof read for grammar, spelling andpunctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
* Analyticaland problem-solving skills.
* Experienceof working as part of a team.
* Excellentorganisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
* Flexibility/adaptability to cope with change.
* Confidentwith IT and office software packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
