Responsibilities
* Access or maintain suitable accommodation
* Improve financial wellbeing, including navigating benefits
* Engage with mental health, physical health and wellbeing services
* Build independent living skills, confidence and resilience
* Connect with community activities, networks and support agencies
Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9‑5)
* Salary: £25,666‑£27,981 per annum (depending on experience)
* Location: Across Buckinghamshire, offices in High Wycombe and Aylesbury.
* Closing date: Thursday 18 December.
* Interview process: Introductory calls on Monday 29th December; interviews on Tuesday 6th January at our High Wycombe office.
About You
* Experience supporting people with one or more of the following: homelessness or risk of homelessness; mental health conditions; complex needs, substance misuse or people with offending histories.
* Knowledge of support services for people in crisis.
* A resilient and creative approach to problem‑solving.
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Ability to build trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Understanding of the value of multi‑agency working.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Housing and benefits knowledge (training will be provided).
Required
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
