Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there’ll be an expectation for you to attend the office to collaborate. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. Working with the Head of Engagement & Reward, you’ll shape a total reward plan that supports our People strategy. You’ll collaborate across the People team and wider organisation, building strong relationships and making sure reward is well understood and well delivered. You’ll lead a small, talented team, manage our annual pay review, and use data and insight to guide decisions. You’ll also oversee job evaluation and organisational design, and help prepare papers for senior leaders, including the Executive team and Trustees.
