Overview
Delivery Postie with Driving. Location: Beverley Delivery Office, HU17 0WA. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday to Sunday, typically between 09:00 - 15:00 and 13:00 - 19:00. Due to operational demand, weekend work is required.

A Bit About You
* Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
* Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service
* People-person with a friendly presence in the community
* Happy to walk for long periods and work outside in any weather
* Strong sense of community pride in what you do
* Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
What You Will Do
* Deliver letters and parcels to customers on your route
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain safety and efficiency on delivery rounds
* Adhere to operating procedures and routes, following health and safety guidelines
What We Do For You
* Guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for hours worked over 40 per week
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours per week)

Please note: Roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time for candidate search purposes. Any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
