Salary – £24,000 - £27,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus commission £30,000 +
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-2:30pm - one in four
Driver & Own Car required
Our client, based in Amersham is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning property agency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing lettings processes, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth property transactions. Duties
* Lead negotiations between landlords and prospective tenants to secure tenancy agreements
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
* Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy signing
* Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Prepare and review tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
* Advertise available properties through various channels to attract suitable tenants
* Provide advice on market conditions, rental values, and legal obligations
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using our CRM
* Assist in marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s lettings portfolio
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience within a lettings or property environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
* Knowledge of current legislation related to residential lettings and tenancy agreements
* Professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* UK driving licence and own car required
