Job Title: Senior Workday Financials Expert
Location: London (3 days onsite per week)
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Financials Expert to join a growing team. This is a key role for an individual who will take ownership of the Workday Financials platform, driving optimisation, enhancements, and best-practice usage across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Financials, providing hands-on support, configuration, and optimisation.
* Lead and deliver enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities within the Workday Financials suite.
* Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
* Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Workday aligns with business processes and compliance requirements.
* Support training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
* 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Financials.
* Expertise across core Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Customers, Suppliers, Banking, Expenses, Procurement).
* Strong understanding of financial processes and principles—finance background highly preferred.
* Experience with integrations, reporting, and Workday security.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (highly advantageous).
* Workday certifications.
