Some weekend working required with time back in lieu Location: Exeter This is a fantastic opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our Exeter Head Office as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across our newly acquired Chery dealerships, our used car division Tangelo and our Fleet platform, while also supporting other brands within the wider business such as Mercedes-Benz and Maxus. It’s a varied and fast-paced position that would suit and experienced marketeer who enjoys problem solving, managing multiple priorities and making a real impact. While this is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, it will require some weekend working to help with our events and answering customer queries via our Social Media platforms, this will be given back as time in lieu. Key Responsibilities Implementation of a content calendar to support Sales and After Sales campaigns and marketing activities. This can vary from campaign to campaign, but can include activities such as the creation of social media assets, web content and blogs Ownership of Fleet and SME channels for brands within the CWC portfolio, driving growth, engagement and lead generation Create and schedule content in line with content calendar, taking into account key requirements from the manufacturer and market indicators With support of the website lead, create and maintain engaging web content in line with manufacturer standards and key SEO/GEO focuses (including website page setup, administration and maintenance) Liaise with and co-ordinate engaging content via videographers, photographers and influencers Support with analysing and reporting on individual activities, tracking openers, CTR, engagement and conversions Email marketing in line with CWC and manufacturer requirements and campaigns for the purpose of generating leads and lead nurturing Support with workflows using marketing platforms such as HubSpot and SugarCRM Where applicable, support the business with advertising and PR opportunities (organic and paid) Provide reporting and insights when required for marketing board meetings Support the business with the set up and launch of new projects and brands Conduct competitor research bi-annually to understand competitor communication and customer journeys What We’re Looking For Experience with a CMS (preferably Wordpress or Magento) and Google Analytics Experience with eMarketing and automation platforms (preferably Hubspot) eCommerce experience is essential Graphic design experience (Adobe) desirable Experience with paid social ads desirable SEO/GEO experience desirable Organised self-starter Maintain calm under pressure Great multi-tasker and project management skills A willingness to learn Strong communicator Works effectively as part of a team Is This You?
