Our well established client has an excellent opportunity for a experienced Solicitor/ Conveyancer/Fee Earner to join their very busy Residential Property department in their Bury Office. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and right to buy To process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work Skills and Experience: Required Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing your own caseload Recent practical experience working in the legal profession Be organised and process driven Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care Be IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook) Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone Desirable Experience using a case management system (ideally LEAP) We welcome applicants from a legal background, early in their career, with a desire to develop further.
