Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie
We are a multi award-winning contract catering company serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team for weekend night shifts.
Position Details: Saturday and Sunday nights, from 5pm to 12:30am.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional culinary presentations to the highest standards.
* Plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls.
* Inspire and lead your team to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
* Maintain sound financial and legislative compliance.
* Gather and utilize feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* At least two years’ experience in a similar-sized operation.
* Educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ, or equivalent.
* Proven track record of awards demonstrating high standards.
