Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a great warehousing and logistics company who are based in Newark looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. * Deal with internal and external stakeholders * Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Salesforce, ensuring all information is up-to-date. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. * Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills. Skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. * Experience working as a customer service advisor. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
