The North CMHT covers the locality of North Warwickshire & Rugby. There are two bases, one in Nuneaton and the other in Rugby. You would be based in a particular location for expenses purposes, but you are part of one large team and you will have opportunities to work across both localities with different colleagues. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to develop skills in managing a caseload and providing clinical interventions in an established and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload with complex mental health presentations and identify a range of deliverable, evidence-based interventions and treatments across the patient group.
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with a wide variety of patients, professionals and external agencies.
* Develop skills and confidence to potentially undertake management of a caseload in time.
* Work under tight deadlines with support from an experienced team and management as you develop clinically.
Qualifications and attributes
* Interest in working with people with complex and significant mental health problems.
* Strong communication skills; able to work on own initiative and collaboratively with colleagues.
* Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop practice.
* Ability to work under pressure with support from the team.
