Job Title: Maintenance EngineerLocation: Kingston Upon ThamesSalary: Up to £37,500The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a maintenance team supporting a large educational environment.Working across a multi-building site, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs while helping ensure all facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.This is a varied role suited to an engineer with a core trade background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance who is comfortable working across multiple disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systemsDiagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safelySupport maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, heating, and electrical systemsUpdate maintenance tasks and records using CAFM systemsWork collaboratively with other engineers and contractors on-siteEnsure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulationsProvide a professional service to staff, visitors, and stakeholdersParticipate in the on-call rota and support minor project works when requiredAbout YouExperience working within commercial building maintenance or similar environmentsCore trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVACGood all-round building services maintenance knowledgeExperience using CAFM/BMS systems (desirable)Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to workExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhats on OfferSalary up to £37,500Stable, long-term opportunity within a professional environmentOngoing training and developmentSupportive and collaborative team cultureTPBN1_UKTJ
