Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service. Benefits: £28,000 Basic salary OTE of £35,000 Friendly environment Requirements: A working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software Duties: Providing a pro-active service to customers. Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work. Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues. Invoicing work done and taking payments. Working towards company targets and KPI’s. For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of circa £35,000.
