Health & Safety Advisor, Dungannon £30,000 to £40,000 + benefits Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional to join and develop your career within a leading construction and civil engineering contractor based in Dungannon. Working on a broad variety of projects within the residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland, you will play a key role in supporting site teams, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. This would include; Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and highlight training requirements Support site teams with the preparation and review of SHEQ documentation Safe Systems of Work Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) COSHH Assessments Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and accident trend analysis Monitor subcontractor compliance on site Attend SHEQ and site meetings as required What we are looking Health & Safety qualified with 2 + years experience within a similar role Experience of working with ISO management systems Confident communication skills Full, clean driving licence In return you can expect a generous package, bonus scheme, medical & life insurance, enhanced holidays, company vehicle, hybrid working options plus more.
