The Role – Construction Project Manager
You’ll manage a range of schemes from £250k–£3m in value, covering mixed construction projects. Reporting to a supportive Director, you’ll join a small, agile team of Contracts Managers and work closely with the Estimating team from conception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing projects from tender input through to delivery
* Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
* Leading site activities and resolving technical issues
* Driving programme, quality, and safety standards
The Right Person
* Experienced Construction Manager or Project Manager with a track record in general contracting
* Comfortable managing projects end-to-end
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a hands-on, client-facing role
