Rate of Pay: £476.45 - £550.00 (DOE)
About the School:
Are you a patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a mainstream primary school?
We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Oldham that supports children across Key Stages 1 and 2. While the majority of pupils are in a mainstream setting, some children may have additional learning needs or SEN, providing opportunities for you to make a meaningful difference for every child.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children in classroom lessons on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Help pupils with SEN or additional learning needs as required.
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence.
* Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting is desirable.
* Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A willingness to support both mainstream learners and those with additional needs.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's learning and wellbeing.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply
* Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last two years
