Location: North Bradley Background check required: DBS - Enhanced Closing Date: 31 May 2024 We're looking for a Commercial Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias to join our FM team based on sites across Wiltshire. Location: Wiltshire - Trowbridge, North Bradley- all sites within 45min drive max from Trowbridge Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday What will you be responsible for? As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in reactive and planned maintenance across the sites. Your day to day will include: Responding promptly to reactive maintenance calls, diagnosing electrical issues and implementing effective solutions. Conducting planned servicing of electrical systems and equipment according to schedule, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Performing electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades as required What are we looking for? This role of Electrical Engineer is great for you if: Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a reactive maintenance and planned servicing role. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification is essential. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
