You can find us by the entrance to the Dolphin Centre - a very short walk from both the bus and train station. We are proud to deliver exceptional eye and hearing care in a modern, welcoming environment at the heart of the local community. Our large and vibrant store is equipped with state-of-the-art testing technology, including fully equipped test rooms, spacious consulting areas, and a stylish retail space offering a wide range of frames to suit every customer. Conveniently located with excellent public transport links the store is ideal for team members travelling from across the area. With a strong focus on customer experience, teamwork, and clinical excellence, the Poole store provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team committed to making a real difference in people’s lives through accessible, high-quality care.

Who is this Apprenticeship for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Optical Assistant Apprentice.
* Individuals with GSCE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C), or an equivalent level qualification
* Individuals who have lived in the EU for 3 years or more, with the right to work in the UK
What does the role involve?
* Welcoming customers into store
* Booking in eye tests
* Pre-screening patients
* Providing style advice
* Measuring frames
* Taking phone calls
