What You'll Do
Retail Supervisor in Hounslow – make a fantastic first impression, build relationships and exceed expectations. Serve customers, support the Store Manager, manage deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain branch standards.
Day-to-day
* Stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean, and put orders together.
* Provide a great customer experience with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
* Ask questions and build relationships, ensuring customers leave with everything they need.
* Maintain product availability and high branch standards, creating a fun working environment.
