WHAT IS INVOLVED? A permanent part time 18.5hr vacancy has arisen in Business Services for a Clerical Officer/Receptionist. You will be based at Crook Civic Centre and will provide a professional, effective and efficient receptionist service and general administrative support to visitors, callers, users and members of one point, and families first services. Duties include reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone answering and message taking, ordering, data entry, file management, including scanning and archiving, typing duties including production of posters and display materials, arranging transport, issue and recording of petty cash transactions, booking rooms and diary management.
