We are a modern, private practice carrying out general dentistry and more specialised treatments such as implants, oral surgery and advanced restorative treatments. We are a staff focused practice and are looking for someone with good communication skills, who wants to be part of a great team.
What the role involves:
* Guide patients through their courses of treatment and the various options available to them with precise supporting notes. Assist with any queries they may have about treatment
* Liaise with the clinician to create a treatment plan
* Set up presentation documents using PowerPoint, intra oral camera pictures, SLR pictures, patient education. Documents to be clear to patients and detailing suitable options in order as prescribed by the dentist
* Understand the vision and brand message for the practice
* Provide an outstanding customer service / journey at all times
* Following practice systems, implementing and helping to improve systems
* Team player, communicate and share feedback at all times
* Time management, to manage own appointment diary and keep running to time
* Deal with patient objections and help overcome any queries or concerns
* Processing finance applications
* Network with other practice to encourage external referrals
* Following all regulations in the UK such as CQC, GDC standards, GDPR, HTM 01-05, confidentially and consent processes
* GDC registration to allow additional duties
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Ad hoc receptionist and clerical duties
* Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested
