Accounts Assistant
Job Location: Poole, Dorset (near Fleetsbridge)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £27,800 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8.30am 5pm & Friday 8.30am 4pm

We are working with an established & growing company who supply major retail outlets with products and they are looking to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
Accounts receivable including cash posting, allocating remittances, requesting payment, sending invoices, requesting debit notes and checking credit notes
Creating and sending monthly customer statements
Cash posting and bank reconciliations
Monitoring shared email inboxes
Answering telephones and dealing with queries
We are looking for this applicant to possess:
Previous experience of working within a finance role
Good use of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
