Role: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Horsham (working from yard location)
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm / Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join one of our clients, supporting a range of outdoor maintenance works across the region.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services safely and efficiently.

The Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Ability to commute to the yard location daily
* Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor work experience (essential)
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Reliable with strong work ethic and timekeeping
* Trailer towing experience (desirable)
The Role:
* Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
* Hedge cutting and basic vegetation work
* Supporting team delivery of scheduled works
* Operating tools and equipment safely
* Ensuring work is completed to required standards and timelines
* Following all health & safety procedures
