Job Description:
As our People System Analyst, you will be part of the People System team to provide support on the development and execution of the HRIS, ensuring that the system match with the needs of the users and are maintained and updated according to the business needs. You will also provide support for the users on issues related to the system and for new users. In addition, you will provide support on the reporting for the People team and wider business.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
1. Support development of the People systems, in line with the systems design principles, quality standards and best practice
2. Evaluate user needs and system functionality to ensure alignment
3. Support all HRIS installation and updates to maintain systems that are fit for business purpose
4. Support the development and testing of new modules into all HRIS
5. Keep up to date with the latest technology developments impacting the ongoing utilisation of internal HRIS
6. Coordinate HRIS scheduled releases and adoption of any mandatory or elected new functionality
7. Ensure software licensing laws are complied with
8. Support any HRIS access and permissions requirements and monitor compliance with security policy
