Store Manager – Mexborough
40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Day-to-day responsibilities
* Deliver great service: ensure your team provides a great customer experience and delivers sales through service.
* Muck in: help the team get the job done – check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
* Inspire: encourage a positive mindset and build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Ask questions and build relationships: ensure your team gets the development they need, support future business growth and succession, and make sure customers leave with everything they need.
* Lead: from the front, coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Build a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
