This is a temp to perm position Working 40 hours per week Once you have settled in the role, there is the opportunity for hybrid working Key Responsibilities Create deliveries for the customer sales orders placed in SAP. Coordinate deliveries and shipments with subsidiaries and export customers Organising daily delivery slots and bookings Ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer orders Communicate with the 3PL, answering queries and resolving any potential problems. Stock allocation and liaison on stock transfers Utilise the internal customer management software to track all order processes. Work with sales and other departments to ensure on time in full deliveries. Drive brand awareness and promotion Support customer service with escalated deliveries Personal profile Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy. Good communicator and an engaging facilitator Computer literate, proficient in Excel and Outlook Experience of SAP or similar ERP system (required) and Salesforce (preferred Experience in a supply chain, logistics or warehousing role preferred
