Role: Associate Registry Enrolment Assistant

Location: Tresham College - Kettering, Corby & Wellingborough Sites

Salary/Benefits: £12.21 per hour

Hours/Weeks: 39 hours per week

Contract Type: Sessional – Hourly Paid

About the role:

We are currently seeking an Associate Registry Enrolment Assistant to join our Student Data department at The Bedford College Group .

As a Registry Enrolment Assistant, you play an important role in the success of our students through:

1. Availability - Assist the Registry Team with enrolment activities at all Tresham Campuses from August 18th to September 19th, working Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5:00, and Friday 8:30 to 4:00.
2. Enrolment Activities - Undertake accurate and timely enrolment activities, including student enrolment and data entry.
3. Database Management - Use the College student database to run reports, make changes to student data, and support enrolment data administration.
4. ID Cards - Print and chip Student ID cards.
5. Event Support - Assist with the preparation and setup of enrolment events, providing face-to-face assistance.

About you:

6. Qualifications - 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
7. Computer Skills - Confident use of Microsoft Office and applications.
8. Communication - Effective and confident communication on the telephone, face to face, and in writing.
9. Teamwork - Able to take instruction and work as part of a team.
10. Safeguarding - Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
