Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Administrator/Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Duties
* Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to excellent phone etiquette
* Handle all administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
* Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using organisational tools and calendar systems
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions
* Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately
* Support team members with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing correspondence
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area and office environment
* Assist with other administrative duties as required to support daily operations
Skills
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
* Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute preferred
* Previous clerical or administrative experience is advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
