Brightwork is currently recruiting for bottling hall/production operators to join one of our prestigious drinks clients, an independent distiller and blender of some of the finest and rarest whiskies in the world. This role will be based at their Glen Catrine bonded warehouse and bottling facility in Ayrshire on a temporary basis.
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.45am to 12.15pm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hand packing of the product
2. Rework
3. Customisation work
4. Palletising of finished goods
5. Labeling of spirit on fast-paced production lines
6. Visual inspection to ensure the quality of the product is at the required standard
7. High level of housekeeping
8. Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
9. Training on case packer, filler, and labeller machines when required
10. Loading/unloading containers
11. Any other duties as required
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within the food or drinks industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Good attention to detail is crucial to produce high-quality results. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information
Temporary ongoing role.
£12.21 per hour, 38.25 hours per week.
