As the Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Executive on the selling, organizing, and planning of events such as meetings, conferences, dinners, as well as other events like drinks and parties.
Main Tasks:
1. Organization and communication of events from A to Z.
2. Drafting and managing contracts and offers with external parties.
3. Assisting clients with F&B choices, decoration, technical equipment, and event completion (Upselling).
4. Ensuring clear communication to relevant departments, passing on all event information orally and through event sheets.
5. Post-event follow-up with clients for future bookings.
6. Participating weekly in BEO and staff meetings to discuss current events.
7. Attending all major business activities and hotel events.
8. Organizing site visits for existing and potential clients.
What we are looking for:
* Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent sales skills and the ability to think creatively for event ideas.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Experience with Opera property management system is a plus.
Salary range: £20,000 to £22,000 gross per year.
