About The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Partner to join our resourcing team and lead on senior-level hiring across the business. You will be responsible for managing an end‑to‑end recruitment process for leadership and specialist roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
This is a visible and influential role that requires exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and advisory skills. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, bringing market insight, recruitment expertise and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and strategic hires across the organisation.
Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition, market intelligence and hiring best practice.
Build credible and influential relationships with senior managers, understanding their needs and shaping recruitment strategies accordingly.
Deliver high-quality shortlists through direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking and proactive candidate engagement.
Present candidate profiles, recruitment progress, and market insights to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, guiding individuals through the process with professionalism, transparency and discretion.
Own and drive recruitment processes to ensure smooth, timely and well-managed hiring outcomes.
Work closely with the broader resourcing team to share expertise, contribute to continuous improvement and support wider recruitment initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Significant experience managing senior-level recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or complex environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders effectively.
Proven success in direct sourcing and developing candidate pipelines for senior/leadership roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to operate at an executive level.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Strong judgement, discretion and professional maturity.
