4. Perform technical reviews of management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT returns and payment files, managing associated risks appropriately.
5. Manage aspects of the year-end process, including planning, review and delivery of statutory financial statements.

10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Grant Thornton’s risk management procedures and ensure adherence at all times.
11. Ensure the right people are working on the right tasks, recognising individual strengths and fostering an effective teamworking culture.

Business development and growth

12. Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external contacts, attending relevant events and working closely with sector and BD teams.
13. Identify, support and convert opportunities for outsourcing solutions across new and existing clients.
14. Prepare and maintain high-quality proposal documents, including detailed scopes for smaller targets, and support presentations to prospective clients.
15. Manage the proposal process end-to-end, maintaining up-to-date proposal templates and credentials.
16. Contribute to departmental and regional marketing and business development initiatives, including thought leadership and external BPO materials.
17. Demonstrate awareness of the wider Grant Thornton service offering and identify opportunities for cross-line-of-service collaboration.

People development and collaboration

18. Supervise, coach and support junior team members, acting as an escalation point and reviewing work to ensure high quality outcomes.
19. Support the development and growth of colleagues through coaching, feedback and on-the-job learning.
20. Work closely with GT India delivery colleagues and global member firms to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery across cultures and geographies.
21. Contribute to educating teams across Grant Thornton on the BPO offering and building strong cross-service-line relationships.
