Job DescriptionAbout the Role The traffic team manages the Creative & Strategic resource within the Marketing department which delivers creative and brand content globally. The Traffic team work closely with the Planners, Integrated Producers, Brand Management and Creative teams to ensure we get the job done on-time and on-budget.The team itself are a passionate bunch - passionate about ASOS, our global customers and the projects we work on - We're truly supportive of each other both in and out of the office.What You'll Be Doing Keeping the workflow running seamlessly through your traffic managed teams. Working closely with Integrated Producers and various teams to ensure projects are delivered on - time and budget.Pre-empting scheduling clashes and resolving issues before they happen.Managing a busy and ever-changing resource schedule on a day-to-day basisUnderstanding who does what to allocate the right skills and timeHolding daily and weekly resource stand-up meetingsMaintaining Traffic admin documents QualificationsWho We'd Like to Meet Exceptional at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment and attention to detailComfortable with Microsoft suite, particularly ExcelExcellent understanding of how creative projects and creative team are resourcedBrilliant verbal and written communicationDynamic, innovative, and lateral thinking skillsConfident, calm, organised and a clear thinkerPrevious experience using Workflow is desired but not essentialExperience working in-house or in an agency traffic / resourcing teamExperience working in a team with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of seniorityAn enthusiastic and proactive attitudeYou enjoy a fast paced rhythmA proactive and analytical approachAbility to communicate information clearly and conciselyMeticulous and takes pride in attention to detailConfident, personable and a team playerSupporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategiesAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
