Customer Support Representative I’m working with a growing organisation that is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative environment. The role In this position, you will: Be the go-to contact for customer service and helpdesk queries. Provide high-quality support via phone and digital channels. Manage customer cases from start to finish, keeping customers updated throughout the process. Process orders (both manual and automated), handle returns (RMA), credits, and resolve invoicing or pricing queries. Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Provide backup support to the Helpdesk when needed. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Support with customer quotes, tenders, and documentation. Handle new product and supplier forms. Spot and share potential sales opportunities with the Sales & Marketing team. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes Salary: £25K-£27K Working arrangements: 3 days per week in the office- based in Orpington What do You Need?
