Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Chichester
Pay rate: £17.90-£19.00 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Job Type: Term Time – Thursday afternoon + 1 weekend day, School Holidays – Monday ,Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday (day shifts only)
Must: Drive (UK license- manual or automatic)

Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user
She would require support in the home including all personal care, moving and handling and medication
Our client loves activities such as trips to the beach, park, swimming, crafts and reading
Successful Applicant:
Previous experience and confident working with teenagers with complex conditions – brain injuries, cerebral palsy, epilepsy etc
Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available
