About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.
What you will be doing
* Extract, transform and present data from our data lake and marts to support business performance.
* Create visually engaging Power BI reports and dashboards.
* Monitor data quality and identify anomalies across business units.
* Support regular reporting cycles including daily, weekly and monthly outputs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
Who we are looking for
Ideal candidates have experience in wholesale broker management or account development, ideally within the London Market. You should be confident working independently, managing your own diary and meeting agreed KPIs.
* Background in broker account management or business development.
* Strong understanding of London Market wholesale accounts.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
* Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
* Willingness to pursue professional qualifications with SRG support.
