Job description
My client is in need of a recently qualified civil engineer graduate (2024/ or 2025). Their Graduate Scheme will give you exposure across the company in a range of disciplines, working collaboratively to plan, design and deliver projects on a national basis. The scheme offers an accelerated pathway to success. As our clients new Civil Engineer Graduate, youll be supported and guided by experienced engineers and learn to be an expert in Civil Engineering. Working in collaboration with other disciplines to develop and detail appropriate solutions, youll adopt the principles of excellence in design based on the industry-leading approaches.
Youll be offered opportunities to gain the experience necessary to achieve chartered status in your chosen area such as site experience, commercial exposure and access to digital tools to improve the quality of engineering design. Youll be educated to degree level in Civil and Structural Engineering related subjects and have a keen passion to pursue a career in Civil Engineering. Possessing strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to complement your proficiency in IT packages, youll relish solving complex engineering challenges and be motivated to learn and develop new ways of thinking.
