We’re looking for a confident, high-energy Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales across our live shopping channels, and mainly on TikTok. Specialising in pre-loved luxury handbags, accessories, and trainers, you’ll play a key role in showcasing products, engaging customers, and converting interest into sales.
You’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience — combining product knowledge, personality, and sales skills to build trust and maximise revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through live and digital channels, including TikTok Live sessions.
Present luxury products clearly and persuasively, highlighting brand value, condition, and key selling points.
Engage directly with customers in real time — answering questions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
Build rapport with viewers and create a high-energy, sales-driven environment during live sessions.
Collaborate with the team to plan promotions, product drops, and sales strategies.
Support the creation of short-form content to attract new customers and promote upcoming sales events.
Attend scheduled sales and content days at our Rotherham office as required.
Requirements:
Confident, outgoing personality with a strong sales mindset.
Proven or natural ability to sell, persuade, and influence customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of premium brands.
Target-driven with a motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or live selling is desirable but not essential.
