What You’ll Be Doing
* Run day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and comfort.
* Inspire and coach your team to go above and beyond for residents.
* Manage tenant needs, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships.
* Oversee building maintenance and facilities to create a safe, welcoming environment.
* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance across all areas.
* Help create and deliver vibrant events that bring residents together and foster community.
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ years of experience managing teams in retail, hospitality, or accommodation.
* A proven history of delivering exceptional customer or guest experiences.
* Operational management experience.
* A hands‑on, solutions‑focused leader who loves to engage and inspire others.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Energetic, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
