Duties
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
* Collaborate with the catering team to support events and functions as required.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
* Assist with barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages as needed.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations within the food and beverage department.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Experience in catering or event service is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Barista experience is a plus, along with any relevant qualifications in food preparation or hospitality.
