Your Role
You will have experience across a broad range of projects and professional instructions across the commercial sector, including :
* Contract Administration, Project Management, Surveys
* Dilapidations, Technical due diligence, Planned maintenance programmes
* Party Walls, Project Monitoring, RCA
* Licenses for Alterations
✅ What You’ll Need
* MRICS (newly chartered or experienced)
* Broad consultancy experience preferred
* Strong communication & collaborative mindset
