A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stafford is looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join their team as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025. This role offers an excellent chance to gain practical, hands-on experience in a school environment while positively impacting the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities, including small group and one-to-one support
* Supporting pupils’ development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
* Helping with lesson planning and classroom organisation
* Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Learning from experienced educators and support staff
* Gaining insight into daily school life
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a 2:1 degree or above in any subject
* Has a keen interest in Psychology, Education Studies, Health and Social Care, or similar fields (preferred but not essential)
* Is passionate about supporting primary-aged children’s development
* Demonstrates excellent communication, professionalism, and enthusiasm
* Is adaptable, patient, and proactive
* Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not required
