Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team.
About the Role:
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and lettings forward, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service to landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
* Negotiate offers and agree sales and rental terms on behalf of clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
* Manage property listings across online platforms and in-branch displays
* Guide clients through the lettings or sales process from start to finish
* Accurately manage and complete relevant paperwork and contracts
* Stay informed of local market trends and property values
* Collaborate closely with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Key Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused
* Administrative accuracy and attention to detail
* Multilingual abilities are an advantage, but not essential
* Previous estate agency experience is desirable, but not essential
